I'm also so sorry that I haven't had a chance to email you guys since I've been back - only just catching up with myself at school and as a married woman!!! Anyway, I just wanted to send you a personal note from the "bride" to say thank you for the service that you guys provided at Du Boirs for my wedding day! Honestly - I felt like a princess the whole day.
So many guests commented on the good quality of the food (which was soooo delicious) and in addition, my mom and I both felt that everything you guys did re: decor etc was perfect. I would highly recommend du Boirs as a wedding venue and I think you guys did a fabulous job to make our day one to remember.

We attended a wedding at your venue last month and would like by this mail to compliment you on both your beautiful, tasteful venue and the impeccable service.
Having been in the service industry for some years, I know it's generally only when things go wrong that you hear from your guests!
Your staff were helpful, discrete, pleasant and the cutlery, crockery and linen spotless. The synthetic napkins were slightly disappointing, a natural fibre not only serves its purpose much better but is a welcome luxury at such a celebratory event!
Overall presentation was beautiful, with the gardens, venue and very importantly the restrooms being spotless. Special appreciation for the use of the land, building orientation and consideration to the tasteful architecture and finishes.
I feel its worth mentioning The quietness and consideration of the staff/kitchen during the speeches, I know this is not an easy task! If i could be afforded one small criticism, while the starters and mains were delicious (and hot!) perhaps from an aesthetic and flavor comparison, dessert might have left some room for improvement.
We had a wonderful evening at your venue, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your venue and wish your customers many years of excellent service. Please extend our thanks to your entire team, from chef, kitchen, waiters, cleaning and maintenance, right down to the garden staff who clearly take as much pride in your venue as you do!
